For Residents
When a delivery driver deposits your parcel, you’ll receive a unique collection code. Head to your building’s nook locker, enter the code on the touchscreen, and your compartment opens automatically. It takes seconds.
You typically have 48 hours to collect your parcel. You’ll receive a reminder notification before it expires. If you’re away, contact your building management team who can hold or retrieve it for you.
If a parcel isn’t collected before expiry, your building management team is notified. They’ll safely remove the parcel and contact you to arrange collection. Nothing gets lost.
Couriers are instructed to use the largest available compartment. If your parcel doesn’t fit any door, the driver will follow your building’s alternative delivery procedure (e.g. concierge or safe place).
Yes. Each delivery gets its own compartment with its own unique code. You can collect them all in one trip or at different times — entirely up to you.
No. nook is completely code-based. You receive your collection code via your preferred notification method and enter it at the screen. No app, no account, no hassle.
Security & Reliability
Absolutely. Each compartment has an individual electronic lock. The system includes tamper detection, audit logging and optional CCTV integration. Only the resident with the unique code (and building management with override access) can open a compartment.
All compartment doors remain securely locked during a power outage. The system includes battery backup for the locking mechanism. Your parcels stay safe until power is restored.
Only the resident with the unique collection code can open their compartment. Building management has override access for expired parcels and maintenance. All access events are logged in the system audit trail.
Yes. All nook systems come with a comprehensive warranty covering hardware, software and mechanical components. Ongoing maintenance is included as part of your service agreement.
